Genesis 22 was birthed from a prayer, “Lord use me. So many families are overwhelmed and burdened with how to honor their elders, while also taking care of all of their changing needs. We are desperate for your promise of peace, clarity, and hope for the future. Show me the way.”

FOUNDER BIO
Meet Margot Cooke. With over 25 years in the industry, Margot not only has ample experience working and serving hundreds of clients in need of senior living advising and real estate services, but she’s loved people back to life during the process. She respects and appreciates that often times seniors and their families see things differently. This can cause incredible stress and challenges in communicating. “Almost every family I work with apologizes to me because they feel like their situation is more complicated than 'normal'...I promise you there is no 'normal' in senior living. I've seen it all and I've learned that what seems impossible to those closest to the situation becomes possible when we seek wise counsel.” Experience has shown her that making sure each person feels seen and heard helps bring families together. Setting small next steps forward throughout the process is the key. As a natural empath, Margot has always recognized the incredible need for guidance and support while making tough decisions in the lives of seniors. She saw the gap and decided to fill it.
